Psychotherapy

Hypnotherapy

Internal Family Systems

EMDR

During EMDR, you focus on a traumatic memory while simultaneously moving your eyes back and forth or paying attention to a bilateral sound. This bilateral stimulation helps reduce the vividness and emotion associated with the memory.
